This company is full of smokers and drinkers. No learning environment, completely favoritism, no job security. Foolish startup company. They use you 2-3 months then fire you. During interview they did not inform you for late night sitting person they want. If you sit late night and do parties, smoking, drinking then you are very hardworking candidate. If you don't do and don't participate in these activities then your performance is not good. They will fire you. So don't spoil your career here. Terrible company to work. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
