Concentrix as an organization is a great place to work.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, process manager can ruin your work experience despite being among the top performer consecutively. No HR influence for entry level positions. Only higher management is heard by the HR and management. Hardwork and dedicated work doesn't make sense in such organizations. Just work decently if you have no ambition or thirst for career growth.

They will hire anybody. Even if you have not done your bachelors and just 12th pass out, they will hire you. You don't need any skill to work here. You don't even need proper Hindi and English.

Dislikes

Here you will see that they hire anybody, even the ones who cannot even frame proper English sentences. People working here are from Haryana, Rajasthan and UP and will speak their mother tongue , even in office. Even the masters/ bachelors guy will be working together with merely 12th passed out. You will feel so out of the space here. Like why i am working here with 18-19 years old kids. Even after working for 3 years, there is hardly any promotion. Here work life balance is zero. The shifts are of 9.5 hours, which you might not see in any other office. In office there are no cellphones allowed, so you can even imagine 9.5 hours of shift without mobile phones and outside world in todays world. No food allowed inside office. You have to keep your bags, cellphones, food outside in lockers. If you want to eat snacks in 9.5 hours shift, you need to take break, which is of exact 1 hours and 10 mins extra for washroom ( personal time). Anything above this , your half day will be marked. You can get any shift, from 9:30-7 in morning to 9:30 pm-7 am in morning, anything and anytime. I have worked in many BPO but the experience I had here in concentrix kolkata is different.. people are supportive they care for their executives . Only one thing they need to improve is the package as compared to the inflation rate growing prices of the essential commodities the package is not sufficient to survive..

Not made for degree holders, 12th pass can also do the work. Work culture is like fish market, everybody shouting while handling tickets. It's a trap, they called us during bharat band and employees stay in office.

Nothing, and it is the worst company imaginable. The senior staff here are utterly incompetent; instead of addressing poor performance within their ranks, they are dismissing newcomers. I was here in Sprint Process(Thunder Process). The entire operation here is riddled with dishonesty towards customers. The agents, driven by greed,deceive customers to secure their own incentives, making false promises and deferring issues. Consequently, when these frustrated customers return and encounter another agent, they face the fallout of the previous agent's lies. The company fails to take action against these deceitful agents and instead penalizes employees by removing them from the organisation because of low promoter score and fails to understand that the scores are result of false promises made by previous agents to earn incentives and new comers suffer due to the false promises made by other agents. This is subjective to different processes as Concentrix Daksh is a BPO company. Concentrix is a great company which provides great ambiance or environment and job security. While there are different processes in the company, likes or dislikes are subjective to that. Else, company provides you all basic needs.

Again, this is subjective to different processes as Concentrix Daksh is a BPO company. I am working in customer service of the Facebook process where there is no resolution to provide to customers. What could be worse when you're working in a customer service profile and you do not have any resolution to give.

As a organization it is good and got some good support from my 2nd manager and sme's.

There is no option to provide exceptions in policies by going through manual approach even when situations of employees are worst. No advance leaves or advance salary options.
