An off shoot of the tech giant IBM, Concentrix carries the IBM legacies, work culture and values. Unlike parallel brands Concentrix offers Job security, open door policy, great regards for it's employees, ample growth opportunities due to it's large size and multiplicity of accounts/locations.

Dislikes

We might not be the best pay master in the industry but few can match the multiple benefits Concentrix offers as already shared above.

Escalation metric, They are people who are spoiling the name of Concentrix and misusing their position. Which is not being recognised by Concentrix. It’s creating lots of dissatisfaction.

Nothing at all everytime they say we are low budget can't help with salary increase as well as with any RNR amount

Job security not there, HR forces employees to resign, more than 150 people were terminated from T-Mobile(Sprint) process and they were asked to resign because client's wanted to reduce workforce. Salary is very less compared to other reputed companies and you only get 5-6% appraisals and even if you're promoted you only get around 10% hike. I've worked more than 5 years in this company but now my salary is very less, I regret working here. I thought that getting promoted will help in increasing the salary but it really didn't. One of the worst organisation in private sector. Everyone is used to in data integrity n all like sharing the password with other to do work easy. If they find any escalation from client then they will close on any other person and take action. That is really very bad. If anyone is going to join the concentrix then be safe.
