Training facility is average.most of internally promoted. Just try to do check list activity rather than focus on talent development.

Management not listening to employee. All are busy to give threatening. No clear communication from management for career growth and promotion cycle. All are just trying to hide themselves and avoid commenting. No job security for team leader. If your project is gone then no one will tell you anything. You may ask to live if you are not favorite.
