The only good thind that concentrix did was providing new laptops for the office work during this covid situation, rest evrything was extremly bad , no compensation , worst workhours and list goes on.

What i most dislike is that the growth factor its real slow like you really have to grind for years then only you will witness a significant growth , most importantly the support is minimum like if you face any difficulty you will have to figure it yourself there is no mentor or anything like that so you will get frustated for sure. The struggle will start aftsr training is over as there is little to no breaks in work hours there is minimal supoort and you will have a hard time in understanding and finding a balance between your office and private life.

Cnx didn't supported me during covid, neither provided me the salary but also, The HR and my manager both forced me to give resignation which I really not wanted. And I lost my job, I was at my home town and was not able to come back to delhi because I stay in delhi alone and was not possible for me to live there in that situation alone in delhi. I requested to provide me any WFH work in any process so I can continue my work but they did not. I gave more than 2 years to this company but still they didn't show me any kindness. Management is help full, TL provide all the required support.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, though they say it is 5 days working but they force to work for 6 days. To get a week off apart from Sunday is next to impossible. Also they ask to extend the working hours.

The management sees to that no employee loses the job and they manage to fit them for other processes.

Dislikes

The work environment is not good. There is so much politics that happen between the teams and in the teams. They target a particular employee and bring them down on every aspect.
