Management is a big failure, no promotion, salary is too less to survive, company is only good for taking an experience. People working in this company from so many years are dumb and they are out of there mind, living a delusional life.

This particular role where i worked had terrible management, this keeps recruiting new employees and does not think about the employees later.. the management sets unrealistic expectations to it’s clients and expects the employees to fulfill the expectations. We have tried to make the management understand but at the end its a BPO nothing can be expected more they stick to their goals, does not understand the pain or problems or frustrations of the employees at all.. the end of the day they want their goals or targets to be achieved. Everyone talks with you at the most politest manner irrespective of their designation, yes there are some exceptions however the overall work atmosphere is excellent. I love the organization.

The criteria for getting promotion and to get the incentives is like breaking a concrete wall with wooden toothpicks.

CNX is the worst company ever i have worked for. no time schedule. working hours are like 14-15 and managers are useless and worse i have ever seen

Decent salary for freshers in International process

Dislikes

Processes get ramp down all the time. They say they will give other process if that happens, which are blatant lies! 0% Job security. They give decent salary for freshers but if you are attracted by that you could even be standing without a job within 3 months of joining which happened to so many people (which I have seen personally)
