Good work environment and friendly nature and culture.teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent.the another thing which I loved the most is that there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no any dislike working at concentrix.i just love to work for concentrix always.

The managers are supportive and team members are cooperative. A great place to work.

The morning shifts start from 6:00 a.m. n cab used to pick up the employees by 4:00-4:30 a.m. . That was annoying.

Dislikes

The growth in Concentrix is little slow. Work pressure is on little higher side as there are back to back that hit. Managers don't support sometimes. But otherwise it is an amazing place to work
