I don't like anything of this company. You will just have to work like rats all days and get a small fixed amount around 12to 15k and that's it. There won't be any more hike till 6 to 7 years that's it.

No salary hike ever . No respect. No understanding. They just treat u like machines and all they want is their work done

Concentrix is known as an employee centric company and concentrix has proved that time and time over the years and during this pandemic concentrix stands all alone like a wall with their each and every employee.

Dislikes

The only negative thing in concentrix is the basic pay structure which should be made according to the today's lifestyle and the amount of increasing expenses with the every passing month.

Work Details

Basically my work was to assist the customers and provide them a best possible resolution in real time. It was a great learning experience for me and although working in concentrix is just not work you will get a lot of things along with work.
