Concentrix is a huge organisation which gives your job security and takes care of its employees. But the quality of managers is deteriorating. The HR are tough negotiators and the end up with win situation for themselves and loose for you. With rotational shift businesses in certain portfolios your work life balance goes for a toss. One of the Concentrix values is “Fanatic for Customers”, I believe this has been misunderstood by the employees. The best part of working with the organisation is growth in terms of designation. This is because of growing headcount which has happened over the last couple of years. Cnx has been able to leave its mark in domestic market.

Dislikes

Compensation is one area which needs to be improved with cnx. Though it is competitive to be compared to many organisations around, it can be improved remarkably to be on the top.

Concentrix has a big tag line One Concentrix, One team However, Concentrix is in big favour of the employee. Managers are like nothing in front of them. No Instant decision in Concentrix. Work Pressure is too high.
