To Exit from such an unprofessional organisation where the HR Team is name sake and only works as per terms and. Conditions of Operations Higher Management.

Dislikes

Management, HR Department extremely unhelpful insensitive about any serious issues also. No action taken whatsoever rather the one who raises get penalised. The entire process was wiped off cz of employees dissatisfaction still HR Team took no action against higher management whatsoever.
