No proper salary time. Always salary issue. No matter about contract it is of 11 motnhs but it can end after 3 months and they will not provide another job. And also they take money to provide job. No CL no PL. If contract ends they will not provide any job and also not refund money that they took for providing job. They took 15 to 20 thousand in name of security amd its also non refundable and also 1 third party person will take 20 to 40 thousand to give you job . If not paid then u r out....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
