There is no growth in that company because its third party.Seniors are not good because they hide their mistake and show that mistake is your. No growth because some colleauge are working here for more than 3 year in a same salary what fresher get.

No growth-Some people are working here in same role before 2 to 3 year in same salary what a fresher got. Nit giving a fix area to frehers they are driving bike upto 100 km in a single day
