- Product managers are unclear about the business and tech vision as they don't have expertise in tech - PMs will fake that they know tech but in-depth they don't or care about the effort of engineers and have an idea of the time needed for the work to be completed which raises the pressure on peers - Deadlines of the tasks are unrealistic - Tech lead doesn't have coded for a long-time - There isn't any appreciation or recognition of the work - Requirements aren't get communicated with a clarity - If it works they have done it if it doesn't you are at fault and will be thrown under the bus - After completing your work hours at the office. You'll be expected to work till late after coming home. Hence, No work-life balance - The accounts team deducts the salary for one or another reason or calculates the salary with errors - HR is un-professional and biased towards management and doesn't think that as any responsibility toward the employee - Assets are allocated on a temp basis only and can be taken aback anytime without caring about your task work or how you will as they don't have funds to buy some or don't want just want to burn money in marketing, players contract fees. - After putting in all your hard work, some manager will take the credit and make you feel like you did nothing - You will be constantly asked what you did and what were your contributions. Which is dramatic as you have worked with those people only. Who is asking this question to you? They will make you feel as if you did nothing.
