Salary credited on time. Two way cab. Large campus. Once in 6 months we use to go to trip to nearby places.

No work life balance. Constant pressure to meet targets. Worked overtime without any additional payment. Leads will put you on PIP if you don't meet the targets.

When tire 4 and 5 companies gives good hike, meanwhile this company is soo kanjoos to give hike. Also every year they use to change the months of the hike. One year it will be April another year it will be August without arrear. Please don't go to this company.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

The project I was working was qatar airways .in that the I had very bad experience from the managerial perspective. It was complete wfo .Everything happens as per his interest.it was never a office culture but rather It was like a school .even checking on dresscode which even the company deosnt insist on. review depends on the office coming time even 10mins delay will be considered as bad mark. You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. Work life balance. Hybrid work model Salary as there is very little variable component unlike other companies.

No promotions. I have seen people waiting 8 years to be promoted. No job security if you are on bench. No good projects in infrastructure domain for career growth. No skill development. No encouragement to develop cross domain skills. Last but not the least, too much of favouritism based on region and language you speak. Atleast it was in my case.

After giving training in academy, there are lot of irregularities in project allocation. Joiners have to wait for 1-6 weeks for projects and also some problems after that. They also don't allow them to report from home during this waiting period (where they are just sitting idle for days).
