Nothing, meets zero expectations. Made work like hell even during my maternity journey 24 hrs and with pretty worst monetary benefit. There was no work life balance and also I was forced to resign with no other option saying you cannot continue with your old role or team a month back when I was just about to join after ML.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, no salary hike, no benefits, no proper ratings, general shift has no timings it is round the clock.

Worst work life balance. Complete politics. They just try to fill the seats in office. They expect you to work for 14 hours. And hike will not be according to your work, it's all about politics and friends.

You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. I am not recommend for freshers to join in this organisation if u don't have any other option u choose this by u r own risk and u don't know what stack u get even though u get a good stack u r not sure u will work in the trained stack and after 18 months completion mostly they released the fresher from the project moved to bench once u complete 2 years if u don't have project they are asking for forced resignation...Read More
