1.If you are a person who like an easy going life, you can choose Cognizant But BEAWARE there is no job security. 2. You can get lot of appreciation/support from your Team mates on your day to day work.

Job Security: A Big "NO" For Job security,Especially for Lateral hires. Initially Cognizant Hires Laterals with Good package,but when time move on they will not provided with enough hike/Promotions to put them in a position to voluntarily resignation else 4th Bucket were given to them and They will be fired.

This probably depends on the project but yes my team is amazing here. Always very supportive and helpful. Even though there are unwanted situations and stuff, but yeah overall it’s good.

Nothing Some people are good but majority is like that only they don't care about employees they want there work done And will overload you with work.

Dislikes

They don't provide work life balance Even if you ask for leaves 6 months before they will not approve it. If you have no offers and it's the last company then only join it.
