Cognizant being a large organization everyone has different experience in the company. In my case I was lucky to have a good Manager and lucky to get great projects to work on which keep you motivated and engaged. Job security seems relatively low and salary is decent.

Dislikes

Leave policy is quite bad, the people who are really engaged with their project don't take leaves at all. This is not carried forward or encashed which is quite disappointing to see.

This probably depends on the project but yes my team is amazing here. Always very supportive and helpful. Even though there are unwanted situations and stuff, but yeah overall it’s good.

Nothing Some people are good but majority is like that only they don't care about employees they want there work done And will overload you with work.

They don't provide work life balance Even if you ask for leaves 6 months before they will not approve it. If you have no offers and it's the last company then only join it.
