Just another IT service company. Your overall experience will depend on the project and your manager.

Dislikes

There is a too much of politics and nepotism. Appraisal system is broken. Your manger has power to make or break your career. Stay away from Kolkata DCX(Dynamics CRM) practice. It is run by 2/3 persons who does not have any technical knowledge.

Full of Neopotism in Dynamics Practice, kolkata.Two three old timer has made the culture unprofessional.High level of attrition because of Dynamics Prace head and Associate Director.
