Lot of learning opportunities. Nothing else

Dislikes

Treating unethical and un professionals way. No matter how long you are working with cognizant. They don't help you with finding new projects. They will start threatening the people from day one once you moved to bench. There is no worklife balance as we need to log 10 hrs at office. They say that 1 hr lunch time included in it. Overall I don't recommend my friends to join. Also all the facilities are managed by contractors so they don't listen employees concerns...like food at canteen, coffee and etc...Read More
