Cognizant as a company good. But the management is the worst. Because of one guy the attrition rate is so high that nobody can stay for 1month. People are coming and going.

Hi , I am Nagasravya Annapureddy from CTS . Stopping appraisal from two quarters as I suppose to get senior process executive it was 22 mnths still my appraisal not happen. Will expect more salary In this situation but there is huge deductions in this pandemic situation

It’s a good place to work and learn knowledge and the career growth depends on how you prove yourself if you once prove that you are good at the work you will be having the same expectations in the management but in case of any issues in your work then you will be with the same opinion in the management thoughts.As a fresher you will learn many things but not satisfactory pay. And if you are planning to take a move from any other company they will be satisfactory pay.The only thing which makes feel a bit uncomfortable is the micro management.But overall experience you will surely come out with good working skills....Read More
