Cognizant promots highly for learning new skills

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Does not have any control on management who manages project as CEO drives for more WFH and other leaders push for WFO. Also where CTS thinks of having more companies in Tier to cities. Other management tortures for relocation to Tier one cities like Bangalore/ Chennai
