The only thing that I like about Cognizant is it's name.

I dislike everything about this company. Sick rules, no gender equality, no work-life balance, people are more interested in your personal life than the professional. You should.... their... if you want to see any growth in the company. If you're straight forwarded then you'll be targeted. The entire management is too pity. The working hours are 10hrs and they don't even feel ashamed to ask you to either login early or extend the shift. No WFH set-up nor internet allowance. If you want internet allowance allowance then you need to have a credit card and no matter what amount you pay for the Internet connection they'll only pay you Rs. 500/- that's it.
