It's nice to work with CTS I have joined just before covid. I feel work culture and team supporting is good.

I can't justify CTS in my 10 months of experience but as of now I feel career growth is bit slow

It depends from project to project, however Tax benefits were better.

Dislikes

Bench concept which puts on pressure plus internal political on rating

Work Details

Its good MNC but not for people who would stay and contribute more as once they project is done people will be pushed out, secondly poor rating and hike process.
