Only good thing is you will be having learning options as they have partnered with udemy. Although you will not get the time to increase your skill set and learn new things due to forced labour and extended shifts.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all, employees are treated like donkeys. You will be forced to work on holidays and regular weekends mentioning client requirement. Pathetic management. Also you will not be paid OT rather extra day. and that to 1/4 of your daily wage. So it is forced labour along with cut off pay. Please in management and superior role will harass you if you blow the whistle and eventually move you to PIP or force you to work for extended hours. No rewards and recognition provided even though you put your best of the best. Please join only if you want to suffer being in hell. It is the worst organization with zero preferences and values for the employees....Read More

The salary was on time.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

There is no job security they can fire you anytime with a two months notice period without providing any reasons such as quality or performance. Sometimes they wound not even provide a notice and fire you on the spot for cost cutting.
