Lot of things to Dislike ,Once up on a time its was best place to work, But now its best place to leave. The main reason is Leadership team here don't have Vision to Run the company. Their mindset like getting my salary and my pocket is full don't care about my reportees. The people who works more than 10 years , during their last working day not even getting Fair send off in most of the projects. And the project i worked, members splits into North and South, Guys acknowledge the talent based on the skill set not based on the place where they coming from. If you are fresher don't join this company better improve your skill set work some product base who receive the talent based on your skill set. HR connection is like automated mails. we are working working working not sure what they are doing, you won't get any support from them....Read More

Good compensation but very slowness in the growth level.. Delay in promotions.. And some times dissatisfied in the hike.
