The only good thing is two way cab, no other benefits.

Promotion will be provided only if you respond to the management like a slave - If you raise your voice or go against them, you will be rated low by marking false escalations. During normal office working days we had dual monitors for work. Now in WFH only Laptop and the target is same due to this we have to sit minimum of 13-14 hours daily. Additionally there will be Over Time daily (OT/Extra Working Hours) due to high flow of work for which there is extra pay - but, again the target will be increased very high (To achieve OT target, need to work for 15 hours). This is not enough, yet there will be more volumes and you will be asked to work in Saturdays (Yes, 6th day pay is there - you have to achieve the target 100% else you won't get 6th day pay) You will have lot of leave balances, but you won't be able to use our utilizes them (Leave Balance is for name sake, the management will not provide you leaves when required). Important point : I'm not telling that the company is not good, only some projects/teams like mine are the worst.
