Salary hike during hiring is good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not there. For some project you will need to work 13 to 14 hours a day. Management push you to work on a project which does not match with your skill with aggressive deadline. Project alignment process is terrible.

For the last 2 yrs the job security has taken a hit but it has got stabilize after all those oceans of attrition. Management is good, as they pay attentions to your dismay and try to resolve it at their best.
