To begin with, there is 10 hours shift wherein in the offer 9 hours is mentioned. Without proper training, they expect a new joiner to learn every single thing. Loads of politics and backstabbing from the management. No work transparency No support for the new joiners, they have to figure out everything on their own.. especially when you relocate

Authoritative Leadership, Office politics, Biased opportunities and performance reviews. Forced attrition. Insurance policy is not good. Delayed hikes and promotions, Extended work hours due to hybrid work policy. Pets take most of the perks unless you work so hard that they have to share some. However, these are most common things that you will come across all IT companies. Just learn to survive, upskill and excel. Frequently changing revision cycles, changing promotions process and cycles and very less salary hikes. Also for the veteran employees, salary standards are very low compard to the market standards

Despite of project managers, the organization takes strict action against any misconduct which can be totally appreciated.

Being a female, our manager kept ignoring our complaints about s**ual harassment at work place and started victim blaming just because the culprit is a critical resource. Later upon escalating the matter some action was taken.
