I liked the work life balance ans surprise hikes sometimes despite the pandemic.

Dislikes

It is all about the year end ratings and motivation to work is lacking. There is no encouragement to work also no appreciation till now despite knowing the fact that i can do work efficiently. Always something more is expected without proper recognition of what i did so far. I always wanted to excel new things but gradually i started losing interest because of the above said reasons which made me to start looking for best opportunity outside. The compensation i was getting is very low compared to my friends of other organisations . This is also one of the reasons i quit job here...Read More
