Training, it follows an iterative approach while training. Starts from scratch, if you work hard and do self study it is way better for freshers.

Dislikes

There is no coordination between academy and Business units, which creates major problem while allocation of projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
