After the implementation of 10hours work schedule , there is no work life balance. The target is not limited to 10 hours , it extends to 12 hours . Good for higher level no for pe and spe or sme.

One can expect high corporate politics. People have the audacity to give preferences to few people without fearing none. When I asked my HR why my resignation withdrawal was rejected she said that due to the ongoing pandemic situation the company is not accepting withdrawals of the resignation, god knows how far that's true.

Dislikes

The facilities are really bad I've seen cockroaches roaming on the glasses of cafeteria. The food served is not upto the mark. Expect least support from your higher authorities. When I told my team lead my mum was sick and I couldn't come to office he have a heartless answer saying it's going to be an LOP. And these guys talk about etiquettes to be followed on call when they treat their employees like this. When I asked regarding my promotion in the organisation my lead says that he knows whom to put where and when without providing a proper feedback. Work Details

The work was pretty cool. The process is a real gem could expect good future if there's good support. Career growth was not seen as much as expected. The hike in pay was very very little.
