Likes

One can expect high corporate politics. People have the audacity to give preferences to few people without fearing none. When I asked my HR why my resignation withdrawal was rejected she said that due to the ongoing pandemic situation the company is not accepting withdrawals of the resignation, god knows how far that's true.

Dislikes

The facilities are really bad I've seen cockroaches roaming on the glasses of cafeteria. The food served is not upto the mark. Expect least support from your higher authorities. When I told my team lead my mum was sick and I couldn't come to office he have a heartless answer saying it's going to be an LOP. And these guys talk about etiquettes to be followed on call when they treat their employees like this. When I asked regarding my promotion in the organisation my lead says that he knows whom to put where and when without providing a proper feedback. It's been almost 60 days I have been paid and whenever I confronted this situation with someone all I got was dead air....Read More

The work was pretty cool. The process is a real gem could expect good future if there's good support. Career growth was not seen as much as expected. The hike in pay was very very little.

Need help to decide

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.

I felt happy when i got job in Cognizant.My journey in cognizant is very few months but my few colleagues are very friendly and good helping nature.I enjoyed more and more in Cognizant.

Dislikes

In cognizant growth is very slow.work pressure is very high and there will be no OT. Management do not value employees.When i joined my team member has not given a proper training. Senior folk have given a more pain to me.
