Dislikes

Cognizant pays lesser as compare to the current market. Cognizant should match the compensation incase associate is ready to take more responsibilities. t is beneficial by considering the knowledge associate has gained in his/her earlies tenure. The new associate takes time to gain the same knowledge, it's related to processes/ application knowledge.
