I worked in cognizant for 5.4 years. The worst culture I saw. And compny is good only the project and project people are bad. Very very bad experience. Cheap gossip. People tried to involved in personal matter. Personal grudges, possessive. Specially the lady leading projects are worst. If you want to change the project they will threatened you by ur mistakes. Like I ll put u in pdp personal development plan. If u ll not clear there compny will fire you. Community issue. Local language issue. People will talk with their local language though they know some people might not be from same state. The worst person is project manager and director. They ll not resolve ur issue they ll counter attack so that u ll shut ur mouth....Read More

Dislikes

Hr need to nvolve in every type of misbehavior and harassment. Junior are not tell anything doesn't mean they don't have issue.

Not so great. No increment no skill development.
