Opportunities to work on next level skills. Hike is marginally good compared to other indian services in computation.

Dislikes

People on bench are pressured too much. Promotions are more dependent on manager rather than your performance. More regional politics and groupizium.

Excellent and vast job opportunities, Excellent and sensible policies and redressal solutions makes the work culture and leadership approach justified.

Dislikes

Need to plan for a bigger space for expansion. Resources with good skill set have faith in CTS but move out for tranfer and work location issues.
