It imposes compulsory training on everyone which wastes time in delivery activites. Management needs to understand this rather than bluntly imposing training and compliance

Work policy: In my project ,you need to come to office all 5days a week .However you can work 5hours from office and remaining 4houra from home provided you have work from home access

Work days: Monday to Friday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
