Nothing..we are working like slave.no salary increment,no appreciation,no leaves..if you take a leave on week days you will come to office on Saturday and Sunday.

Management is very bad.If you say about any obstacles they don't listen to anything.They only focusing their productivity and how they can generate more revenue.

Company has made a fake promise during onboard. The environment will make you will low. No proper canteen. Unhygienic environment. Salary cycle is 7th of every month which is terrible. No proper process training given by reporting manager. I advise everyone not to join the company. Company will give you moderate salary but you still unsatisfied due to toxic environment. They never want to train you in a well Professional manner however they want to criticize you multiple times if they found any single issue, suddenly they inform you that you are in PIP, while you ask for incentive of your own work ,then also wants you to go for PIP however it doesn`t go for any KRA(Key responsibility area), they always treated you like as a Boss not a Leader which one really unbearable for an employee....Read More
