Management is completely messed up. They have a pathetic client. Managers and Leads are cleverly and cunningly biased. No work ethics. Work culture is worse. Management's style of handling subordinates is typically like a modern slavery. HRs at the time of hiring makes deceitful comments related to growth and that is how they sell ideas in order to hire and fulfill the management hiring requirements. The management will make work in nights but they will not pay night shift allowance. This company has no perks and benefits. I have been working with this organisation since 1.7yrs and got enough learning opportunities , worked with really talented and professionals out here also the management and seniors are enough helpful and supportive to guide and show the path to be successful. Got a very supportive team to work together as well, 5 days working is an adhoc benefits you get here.

I enjoyed the collaborative environment in my workplace, working with talented and supportive colleagues and being guided by extremely knowledgeable reporting manager not only bossts productivity but also makes office work enjoyable.

I feel the company should invest on employee's skill development like sponsored certifications to upskill their internal associates rather than outside hiring.

Office politics is very bad there. Managers and senior managers and team leaders always have eyes on womans to use them personally by impressing them and excuse them in every problem caused by them. No respect for boys. No job security for even team leaders & managers as well.Office poltics is very bad by Mr. Harry & HR Ayesha. Theydo not anything about corporate, they are just misusing the power of their position in the organization. They never think or realise of their own mistakes and they only buttering Mr. Avinash Vasa who do not have idea to run the buisness. Never work 1 single minute for extra or over time.
