Codomain and it's management ensures enrichment and skill enchantment of it's workforce for personal and professional development. The work culture is a blessing despite heavy workload due to clients across various industries and niche services provided by the company. It was a pleasure to work at Codomain.

Dislikes

Work life balance can sometimes take a hit due to the time bound and cyclical nature of work.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
