There is no culture, no Job security , and firing so many people at once . Ceo is always all the time. walks on the office floor while wearing shorts. Hr Not providing the FNF and exit documents of employees; not answering phone calls; not replying to messages . Joining cloudstrats is one of the most regrettable events of my life

There is only one thing which I liked about this company and that was a salary that they offered me.

Dislikes

If you are working for their client so they take long time to credit your salary into your account(sometimes more than 2 months, horrible experience) Even if you call or mail hr for salary they will not reply on time & delay overall process.

They are known for not paying their employees on time, failing to reimburse expenses incurred by the employees, and playing the blame game. The only pro of joining this company is that you will appreciate the culture of any other company in the world. Its as bad as it can get here.

Where to start, okay, I am assuming that u may have received an offer of internship / Full time role in either Delhi or in Mumbai office. The work hours are strict, and when I say its strict it means 9 Hours every Monday to Saturday, that means, if you leave office in 8 hours 59 mins, you will be given loss of pay. ( not even half day is considered) They say, the salary comes on 10th of each month, but even in best of months, it doesn't come before 19th. Since last 3 months they have been paying salary on 25th of the subsequent month. EG :- the November month salary is paid on 25th of December. Every other employee in this company is frustrated and tired of the culture, the founder, and the HR. The HR here is non existent when it comes to solving any issues. They fired an employee on the day of the joining. I mean, which person in sane mind does that. Leaves are hard to get, if you join here, you would be kept in probation for first 6 months, and in this 6 months, you aren't given any holiday, no sick leaves, no paid leaves and no work from home. There are 3 dogs in the office, one of which has bitten close to 6 people, and they have a free reign in the entire office floor. there are unfriendly policies like sandwich leaves which makes the company a bad one to work with. Remunerations are close to non existent. I have seen employees travel for work by paying out of their own pocket and later fighting with the HR as to why they are not getting the money back. I liked about learning the IT service which I had no prior experience about and also had good exposure working with government clients here.
