Joining this company was the biggest mistake of my professional life, and I sincerely advise others to steer clear. They create an illusion of a positive work culture with manufactured reviews, but in reality, it is a highly toxic environment led by the CEO, Director, VP, and VP of Shared Services. They don’t hesitate to use mental harassment tactics against employees who show any sign of independence or intent to leave. My TL and manager were good. Learnt alot from them.

The HR dept lies through their teeth. No offer letter given. The promised salary is not given. No response from HR if we raise any concerns. Fake escalation mails from certain seniors to force you to resign. There is no honesty and No transparency.
