Nothing to say about good things for company. Employees feel dejected if you are Not Boss Pet.

CFO is very arrogant. And doing Favourism also. Without any reason always pressuring employees to keep his own word on top. If anyone one opposed him then then he make sure that he or she will left company due to his torcher. Very worst company environment. During interview they says that they are having 5 days week working but when you joined they said it's start up so we to work Saturday entire day. And since next day is Sunday so they are asking to do overtime and didn't pay overtime also. For late night food they are telling to pay from own pocket and take reimbursement and they are holding reimbursement more than a month some times it was hold more than 2 to 3 months without any reason. During interview they are saying we are having work from home facility but when you asked for that then CFO will make such a stupid excuse and make sure you have to come to office.
