Team : A strong and supportive team I had in my company which motivates me to explore things and accomplish my all tasks efficiently and effectively. Training : I had done my MCA training of 6 months from the same company. In my training period I was on testing of our product that is based on banking domain. Job security : 100℅ Career growth : I found it difficult there because it was a small company and due to that there wasn't any hierarchy of management and development team. Salary and appraisal : Not according to work and I was not satisfied with it. Learning : Learning was excellent because of our team manager and other team members.
