It is a start up company with staff strength of 4 employees. Work culture is average.

Dislikes

Directors are busy travelling across India or abroad, they love to go on a vacation during peak season(July to Sept - when there is high flow of enquiries.) Company cannot afford to hire office boy and engineers. Hardly any career growth in this company. The employees do not get a good salary hike annually. Work more at low salary. No job security at all - hire and fire policy in place.
