Dislikes

Sometimes, you may have to com on weekends to conduct tests of students, but they compensate you for that as well.

I started my career with Clat Path, and believe me, Director Sir,the staff and other Faculty made it very comfortable for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
