Culture is good and positive atmosphere. Work pressure is moderate Flixible managers (friendly atmosphere) good support in case of emergency situations.

Dislikes

Delay in salary payments no fix date for salary. Incentives never given on time. Amount uncertainty for incentives. Keep fighting for release of incentives Poor incentive structure Low ethics towards employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
