The software products they develops are technically advanced, using latest technology and framework. They give correct timelines for development.

Dislikes

It’s not an employee friendly company. The management structure is not well organized. Only 1 or 2 person had to work on the projects, almost like one man army. There is no technical head to company, only individual have to struggle if any issues. They will keep you until the project you working finished, once finished they will terminate. Bcz other projects will be either full or on different technology. They are very strict to their timings, if we are late for 5,10min we need to send email, we are not allowed to go outside office during working hours, need to inform HR and team lead....Read More
