If you are looking for this review , don't even try to step in here. This is not a good place to work. Ofcourse infra is good, but the way they handle people and working culture is worst. One thing they know how to spoil some ones career. there are 2 (Raghunandan,Tejesh) in higher management who don't know anything about people mana gement or daily operation management. And they talk very false language with subordinates, don't even know how to speak with subordinates or TLs or agents. No proper training or download regarding your role and you will be responsible for the deliverables since day 1 Internal politics  is at peak , you cannot even imagine the situation. If you are stuck some where ,  people will leave you and corner you till time you leave your job , never expect support. Agents are treated like anything , they will make you work for 10-11 hours without any OT or consideration , and you complain with any one because all are same. No respect to any employee , they can throw out any point of time. No week off are given on time , work continuously , extend shifts,and you will forged yiur own family in because of work pressure<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Because of you reach office by 8 or 8:30 you can leave office night at same time and no proper week offs for all levels below senior management Luckily salary is on time , but you won't get what's committed to you</mark>.
