I like my job because it's convenient to do while at home though job security is not that much guaranteed. The job culture revolves around creativity and research. We manage our job by observing time, language and ethics. our company relies on high-quality grammar format and no plagiarism

I connect with my teammates through online platforms we divide the work at our disposal among ourselves. we train new associates and offer jobs to them on being competent. job security is based on the learning seasons and how much assignments students from abroad institutions are getting and posting them to us. i can say my career growth is based on how many competent writers I have and how much orders I receive. my salary varies with the number of pages that I have done at a given period of time. the more writing I do on different fields the more I get to learn new ideas. my work environment is a bit toxic as at times I get interrupted by my friends in the house especially during this pandemic period.
