I have learned a lot there. i was able to easily manage between my job and personal life due to no over timing or over excess work. The director is quiet understanding and patient person. he understands all your ups and downs of life. overall very cooperative.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. i hardly got any compensation or benefits being there. Lack of powers or decision making authority according to my designation. Hierarchy is for the name sake. Not much control over the subordinates due to higher authorities negligence and wrong analysis.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Mine was very challenging as i had to look after sales,leasing,maintenance,recovery of rentals or i must say overall management. i was not worried about the work load but in return when you don't get what u deserve then everything seems uselessly doing.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
